  • 170 ml Hot Water

  • 2 tsp Salt

 Scallion Oil Paste

  • 5 Scallion (thinly chopped)

    100 ml Vegetable Oil

    75 g Flour

    4 tbsp Vegetable Oil

    1 tsp Salt
