Ingredients (Two portions) 100g Flour + Salt 50g Yam (if unavailable use flour) 2g Dried and smoked Bonito Flakes 100 cc Milk 150g Cabbage (diced) Corn Kimchi (if wanted) Spring Onion Cheese 6 Stripes of Bacon 4 Eggs 300g Noodles Yakisoba Sauce Okonomi Sauce Mayonnaise Method Fry Noodles with Yakisoba sauce Mix flour, milk, yam and salt and put it aside Add cabbage, spring onion, kimchi (if using), two eggs and corn to the dough right before frying Heat the pan with oil When warm, put 1/2 of the dough into the pan to fry and shape it into a circle Place cheese onto the uncooked surface and put the other 1/2 of the dough to cover the cheese Fry for 6 minutes until golden brown When golden brown place the bacon onto the surface and flip the pancake onto the other side Poke some holes into the surface of the pancake with a chopstick Fry for another 6 minutes until golden brown Remove the pancake from the pan to fry the egg and place the noodles on the uncooked sid...
